Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AIO Connect, operated by AIO Agency (Toronto, Ontario, Canada). By creating an account you agree to them.

The Service

AIO Connect is a private creator network and campaign platform. It connects verified creators with brand campaigns run by AIO Agency and, in the future, other approved agencies. It manages campaign workflows — applications, offers, contracts, content review, and payment records.

Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Information you provide must be accurate, and social channels you connect or claim must be your own.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
  • One person may hold one creator profile; duplicate or impersonating accounts may be removed.

Campaigns and contracts

  • Campaign participation is by application or invitation and is not guaranteed.
  • Offers, contract terms, and any changes to them are recorded in the Service; a contract exists only when both parties formally accept it through the Service's official actions.
  • Compensation, deliverables, timelines, usage rights, and cancellation terms are defined per campaign in the contract you accept.
  • The Service records payment obligations and their status; actual payment is made outside the platform by the contracting agency.

Content

  • You retain ownership of the content you create; the rights granted to a brand or agency are those set out in the specific contract you accept.
  • You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content, or misrepresent sponsored content.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no scraping, no attempts to access other users' private data, no false engagement or metric manipulation, and no use of the network's information outside the purpose of running campaigns.

Termination

You may deactivate your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or platform policies, subject to the completion of existing contractual obligations. Records required for legal or accounting purposes survive termination as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, AIO Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
