Delete your data

You can have your personal data deleted in any of these ways:

Email us at info@aio-agency.ca from your account email with the subject "Delete my account".
Disconnect a social channel — remove AIO Connect from your social account's app settings (for Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites). We stop collecting new data for that channel immediately and delete its access token.
Meta-initiated requests — if you remove the app through Instagram or Facebook, Meta notifies us automatically and a deletion request is created without any action needed from you.

We confirm your request within 7 days.
Profile and social data are deleted. Records we must keep for legal, contractual, or accounting reasons (such as signed contracts and payment records) are retained for the required period and then deleted or anonymized.
Active contracts must be completed or resolved before the account itself is closed.
